- Candidate should have minimum Honours Degree without and 3rd Class/CGPA/GPA in any Education Level.

41st BCS Preliminary New Syllabus Download PDF
Bangladesh Public Service Commission in short form- BPSC or PSC has been changed the BCS Preliminary Syllabus from 35th BCS Preliminary Exam. Before the 35th BCS Preliminary Examination BCS Candidates had to seat for BCS Preliminary Examination only for the 100 Marks in total for the 1 Hour Exam Duration.But the 41st BCS Preliminary Examination was held for 200 Marks in total. That’s why from 41st BCS Preliminary Examination BCS Applicants have to seat for 200 BCS Preliminary Marks and BCS Preliminary Examination Time was increased from 1 Hour to 2 Hour.
